Delete your data
How to ask FindAdventure to delete your personal data, including data from Google or Facebook sign-in.
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. This also applies to data we received when you signed in with Google or Facebook.
How to request deletion
- Send an e-mail to info@findadventure.eu with the subject "Delete my data".
- Write it from the e-mail address you used for your booking or account (or tell us that address).
- If you signed in with Facebook or Google, mention it – we will delete the account linked to it.
We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
What we delete
Your account, profile, sign-in connection with Google or Facebook, newsletter subscription and inquiries. Bookings and invoices that we must keep by law (10 years) are kept only for that purpose and are not used for anything else.
Removing the app connection yourself
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → FindAdventure → Remove.
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services → FindAdventure → Delete all connections.
