How do I book?
Choose an experience, pick a date and time, add guests and pay securely online. Your voucher arrives by e-mail straight away.
Can I cancel?
Yes — full refund more than 7 days before the tour, 50 % from 7 days to 48 hours, no refund within 48 hours. If we cancel because of weather, you get a full refund or a new date.
What should I wear?
Warm wool base layers and thick socks. We lend thermal overalls, boots, mittens and hats.
